This is a great little phone. It can do so many things. It has a fairly good product guide. The biggest problem is that figuring out how to do things outside of the service provider (like downloading your own free songs/ringers instead of buying them from the "carrier" for $$)is a little vague per their directions. I love the navigation, email, and TV and have been really happy with the phone. It comes with pretty good free ringers and thankfully rings loud enough that you can hear it in your pocket. The qwerty keyboard is an absolute plus!
