LG ENV(VX9900) (Verizon Wireless)

It is the best phone I have ever had. It is a blessing to text or email with. I would buy it again. It is worth buying.

The product was listed as in working conditions but the front screen shorts out all the time, and 2 of the buttons don't work. I contacted the seller about this and they ignored my issue. I highly discourage anyone from buying anything from them.

This is a quality phone. i really like the Qwerty key board, and the camera is really nice. The only complaint would be the size of the outside screen...very small, but its ok because you can do anything on the inside screen that you can do on the outside one.

Overall I really like this phone it is light weight works very well. The camera is excellent as far as a camera phone goes. The only thing I kind of dislike is you can not make the fonts bigger for incoming text messages it is a bit small and it would have been nice to see a bigger front screen. I am glad I bought it and plan on using this phone for a long time.

i was very pleased with my purchase...it came in the original box...it had all its original stickers on it...nothing was messed up, it was great! and i LOVE my phone and i'm so glad i got it! this seller was honest, and very patient with me and the phone is awesome!i would definatly recommend this seller!

i liked it because it was a env an it was in fair shape but it was'nt very clean an the phone was reported lost or stolen when we called to hook it up .i brought it because i wanted a env for my son an it didnt cost that much it was a good deal

I love this phone...it is my third LG EnV. I somehow find a way to continue dropping these on the ground repeatedly and eventually break the screen, but it's an excellent phone with all the features I need. I originally bought the Blackberry Curve to replace my last EnV but decided that I didn't want to pay the extra $30 that they force you to pay to use that phone. I purchased another EnV and put my Blackberry up for sale. The keyboard on the EnV is more user friendly and has bigger keys than the Blackberry and fits better in my pocket as well.

Other than the whole Verizon Wireless part, this phone is great. One word...DURABLE. Drop it a hundred times, throw it against a wall and it still works just fine.

If i was to go and buy another phone i would go back to this one cause it is good with pix,txing and good for talking with.

Bought this as a replacement for my son's older LG ENV.
He loves this phone and after using it awhile before I gave it to him for his birthday, I have to say I agree. It's slimmer and has all the bells & whistles you could want or need.

The phone is good, but the battery life isn't that great. I use to have this phone when it first came out and I loved it. I had the Lg Dare and just recently switched back to this phone. No other phone compares to the enV. Not even any touch screens. I am very happy with this phone. I use to have the orange one back in the day and when the sound went out on it i called VW because I had insurance... they tried giving me a samsung and said they didnt make this phone anymore. I was upset because I never buy samsungs, not that I dont like them they are just not for me. So verizon let me upgrade to the enV2. I thought it would be good, or better so i said yes and WOW was I wrong. Worst phone ever. I had to open it up for everything, I couldnt do anything from the main screen which is a horrible idea. So they make the enV3 right away to make up for it. Haha

absolutely love lg phones.i think they are the best and love the lg en vx 9900.the whole lg env series is great.i have had a lg env 2 in the past.they are all around great phones.i love this lg env 1 ! it is awesome.gives plenty of space in between the keys.good screen size on the front of the phone.very nice phone!

I have heard horror stories about people steeling phone and selling them on ebay, then once the byer recieved them they are unable to activate them, cause they are listed as stollen. I contacted the seller and asked him why he as selling it. Very quick answer I did not have to wait. I hate waiting for a answer to a question that I need to know before I bid. After the seller assured me that it was good, I bid and won the bid. I asked the seller to make sure that the box was unmarked cause it was for my daughters Birthday.On top of the fast shipping (2days) the seller not only made sure the box was unmarked he also put a note in the box that said - Happy Birthday! got my phone but no insruction manual. slow ship too.the phone was in new condition.box was taped as if someone had been inside. also we recieved no bud as advertised.

i saw the phone it was cheep, time was running out i looked at the pics quick nd decided to buy it . no wonder why it was so cheep the front screen doesnt work! i can only use the keyboard side , its mad annoying /

After I received the Verizon cell that I purchased the phone would turn off without me actually turning it off & the home charger that I received broke. I emailed the company and received an immediate response and was sent a replacement battery (not Verizon) and home charger. I was pleased with the level of customer service. Then I began to notice that the blue tooth didn't work, the phone still turned off even using the "new" battery and the reception was below par. I emailed the company again, only to receive no response for 4 days, which surprised me considering how quickly they responded to me initially. I was forced to send a terse email requesting a response to my request for a refund for the phone that did not work "perfectly," as described in the auction ad. I was told that since I didn't bring these issues to their attention within the specified "return period" that I was, essentially, 'SOL.' While I knew that it was out of the "return period" I presumed that the company would be ethical enough to stand behind their product regardless of time, especially since the product did not work as advertised (and because of how they responded to my initial request). They did not even offer to replace the phone, which, in my opinion, would have been an appropriate compromise. Additionally, they did provide me with the charger & battery after a month of use which was definitely outside of the "return period" which, in my mind, essentially negates their argument to not provide a replacement because of the timing. I'm sure the company will try to disclaim my review but I waited over 2 weeks to write this review after I was told that the company would not work with me to ensure that the review would be factual and not emotional. I would not purchase an item from this company. It's my opinion that your money would be best spent elsewhere. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because of their initial high level of customer service.

I bought this phone for my little brother and he loves it. It may not be the latest phone, but it's an upgrade from his Chocolate 1.
