I bought this phone on a fluke.......I need something to replace
the other crappy phone Samsung Intensity. I hated that slide out drawer
that kept sliding out, and it kept turning itself off.

This LG Dare has surpassed my LG 9900 which was an open flip.
People can actually hear me on the LG Dare. It's sound quality
in hearing others is just as great. The mp3 player though it only
can read 8 gig cards. It's pleasure. But the best play toy
is the 3g network that I use Googles to surf the web on.
I made Google my home default page.

I enjoy the touch screen, and that I can put icons of favorite
things on the front screen. One can set the screen saver to use
pictures when charging or as the facto de standard as like a picture
viewer to a sense but in itself a screen saver too.

But the touch screen did take some time to get used to.
I wish this had a built in scroll bar and yet it does
work better then my Ipod Nano.

There is one draw back to the phone that I would say
a plastic case is required if you are like me and keep
the phone in the pocket. There is only one button that is used
to lock and unlock the phone and a case which I have
keeps that button being touched by accident.

Personally with the plastic that came with this phone
I love this feature. Only one button to engage the lock
and the unlock in a sense. However using the touch screen
the end button will activate this screen then one can touch
on the touch screen the unlock button.

Though I have not gotten into every aspect of this LG Dare
phone but it does what I used the most. Mp3 plays great.
Shows the album art work. And I love to surf on it
and talk on it. I give it an A+ for this alone.
