It's not exactly scientific but the LG Cookie simply makes sense. Smart and confident, though never self-important, it doesn't seek to impress but is straightforward, credible and convincing. Great handling, attitude and a distinct identity are not guaranteed even in the high end, and that's something the LG KP500 Cookie should be proud of.

The price tag seems the all too convenient excuse for the middling spec sheet. We'll just go ahead and say the decent feature set could've been near impossible to resist with 3G data speeds. Wi-Fi is probably way beyond reasonable expectation in this price range. The interface may have its quirks here and there but the user experience is compelling enough.

I was a little apprehensive about buying a touch screen LG however the responsive time is way better then an LG touch phone released to date. The camera sucks even though it is a 3.0 MP. FM radio works great and it is easy to personalize. I do have to say that I am disappointed but the service I received from the seller. I bought for digikarma because they had lots of positive reviews and only a hand full of negatives unfortunately I had a not so great experience. I order a pink LG KP500 on 06/16/2009 and PAID for shipping to received the phone in 3-4 business days and it took 8 days to actually received the phone however I got the bonus antenna booster in 3 days. Ha Ha. I emailed them and got a prompt response but what really upset me is that I never received a shipping number for my phone just the antenna booster till I emailed them. Not only that they sent me a SILVER KP500 when I ordered a PINK and I don't have the time to wait possibly two weeks to return and have a new one shipped because my other phone broke and need it on me because of family emergencies. I feel like I got played a little bit. This was my first time buying on Ebay and I was so stressed that I got screwed from this transaction that I will never do it again.

THE LG KP500 IS A UNIQUE STYLISH SMARTPHONE. I DONT ADVISE INTERNET ON IT BCOS ITS NEAR ZERO FOR WEB. BUT I LOVE THE PHONE FOR IT LOOKS AND PRICE. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THE SELLER DIGIKARMA AT 877-259-8530. HE LISTED 3 ITEMS TO BE BONUS BUY IN WHICH HE NEVER SENT ALL. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SO CALLED HEADSET...IN WHICH SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE BOX ANYWAY....I HAVE NOT GIVEN DIGIKARMA ANY FEEDBACK YET BCOS I AM STILL AITING FOR MY HEADSET.. DIGIKARMA SERVICE NEARLY POOR IF NOT HORRIBLE

The charger has a European plug, seller sent adaptor but it is a hassle to have to carry extra hardware with the phone

I BOUGHT THIS phone some time ago and i must say it is quite impressive. it has a 3.0 megapixel camera that takes lovely pics and the features are good.
my only problem is that it sometimes takes a while for programs to open.

What like me the must was the screen of this phone, it's in great condition. Has a little scraches but no so big. the only thing i disliked is that i received the wall charger broken.

When I bought this phone I was looking for a specific color...black and red. Whne I recieved the phone it is not black it is dark brown. The phone is nice and works so I won't return it. However, someone needs to learn their colors before listing an item!

This phone is great, it only lacks WLAN connectivity to be awesome. It is very easy to use and the Flash UI is very good...

I bought the Lg Cookie KP 500 phone. I recieved the phone in good working condition. I checked out the book and the cd that came with the phone to get a little bit more familiar with the phone. This phone is quite a bit of nice features. I love the touch screen, and the pen is nicely hidden at the bottom of the phone. The camera has some neat features that are not available in some of the other phones that I was considering.

I bought the phone for my daughter. I tested as much as I could. I had some problems at the beginning. I got the welcome screen and then it pixelated half of the display, then it went to a black screen. I pressed the three buttons at the bottom row to bring the display back, all I got was sounds.
Finally it displayed the screen.
I turned off and remove the battery really easy, I installed my USIM card(also really easy). I placed a call with no problems, reception was great, although, the person on the other side told me that the call was broken. The touch respond with the finger is average to good, If you use the pen the respond time is better.
The browsing is good. The loaded apps are very good.
Overall is an ok phone.

I bought 3 LGKP500 phones. Overall I like the phone. There are some general concerns with the battery running out quicker then previous phones I've had. One feature that could be inproved is the screen glare. For the most part I am extremely happy with the phones I purchased? Would I recommend the phone to others? Absolitely!

I like my cellphone very much. Not much to dislike, although if keys not locked it does sometimes calls the last person I had phoned if picked up the wrong way. I really wanted an LG Vu or Viewty but they were much more expensive so went for the Cookie and I am not sorry. Really nice lightweight phone. Nice looking with clear screen and good sound.

bought as a gift, great price, phone has all the features that are available on most smart phones, touchscreen, games, ect.

i got this phone for my niece for her b-day,and she loved it the first week she had it,but after that the phone started acting up.she now cant bluetooth,or use her multi-media,this has broken her heart,and mine to.LG is a great brand when it comes to home entertainment,but when it comes to mobile phones they aren't.i think i'm just going to just stick with their tv's for now.

I love its features but I was disappointed with the touchscreen that is not sensitive enough to touch like the iphone. When I touch the screen and it would not respond that fast I feel like banging it to the floor. I decided to buy it because I was thinking it's a good one but I was so disappointed when I started using it.

I decided to buyed LG Cookie KP500 cause first I needed, but in other terms is the most excellent buy that I could never have. I like all of the phone ... is fast, i can download music so fast, the pictures are awesome. I like so much this cellphone. I recommended this item.
