It's not exactly scientific but the LG Cookie simply makes sense. Smart and confident, though never self-important, it doesn't seek to impress but is straightforward, credible and convincing. Great handling, attitude and a distinct identity are not guaranteed even in the high end, and that's something the LG KP500 Cookie should be proud of.

The price tag seems the all too convenient excuse for the middling spec sheet. We'll just go ahead and say the decent feature set could've been near impossible to resist with 3G data speeds. Wi-Fi is probably way beyond reasonable expectation in this price range. The interface may have its quirks here and there but the user experience is compelling enough.

I was a little apprehensive about buying a touch screen LG however the responsive time is way better then an LG touch phone released to date. The camera sucks even though it is a 3.0 MP. FM radio works great and it is easy to personalize. I do have to say that I am disappointed but the service I received from the seller. I bought for digikarma because they had lots of positive reviews and only a hand full of negatives unfortunately I had a not so great experience. I order a pink LG KP500 on 06/16/2009 and PAID for shipping to received the phone in 3-4 business days and it took 8 days to actually received the phone however I got the bonus antenna booster in 3 days. Ha Ha. I emailed them and got a prompt response but what really upset me is that I never received a shipping number for my phone just the antenna booster till I emailed them. Not only that they sent me a SILVER KP500 when I ordered a PINK and I don't have the time to wait possibly two weeks to return and have a new one shipped because my other phone broke and need it on me because of family emergencies. I feel like I got played a little bit. This was my first time buying on Ebay and I was so stressed that I got screwed from this transaction that I will never do it again.

THE LG KP500 IS A UNIQUE STYLISH SMARTPHONE. I DONT ADVISE INTERNET ON IT BCOS ITS NEAR ZERO FOR WEB. BUT I LOVE THE PHONE FOR IT LOOKS AND PRICE. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THE SELLER DIGIKARMA AT 877-259-8530. HE LISTED 3 ITEMS TO BE BONUS BUY IN WHICH HE NEVER SENT ALL. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SO CALLED HEADSET...IN WHICH SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE BOX ANYWAY....I HAVE NOT GIVEN DIGIKARMA ANY FEEDBACK YET BCOS I AM STILL AITING FOR MY HEADSET.. DIGIKARMA SERVICE NEARLY POOR IF NOT HORRIBLE

i love it cause it is touch screen and i can use any sim card. the price was right for what i wanted in a phone

i bought this item from MXQTECH a liar and a scammer
he sent me wrong color used item and damaged box.
i was extremly mad at him, so i demanded him the full amount and shipping cost.and he promised to refund me the shipping cost
but he only refunded the original amount.
so i give you guys some idea who are trying to buy this item.

he speaks terrible english.
no communication
and solved the dispute without reaching any agreement

it is a good phone
on this price range
but its touch sensor is of course not as good as iphone
i have ipod touch 1st gen.
other than that this phone is extremly cute and useful

A little slow UI, but not slower than other cheap touch-phones. Rest of the functions is OK. Good screen, good touch response, smart menus. Am i happy? - I got what i wanted & paid for. Answer is "yes, positive".

Its a fantastic piece. However I find it little slow compare to iPhones. Also the sound quality is not that good as I expected. Anyways the item is very good

It's exactly what I've been looking for in a mobile phone. I wanted something modern and up to date that was touchscreen without having to pay a lot of money. I'm a light user so having features that say the iPhone has wasn't important to me, I just wanted a easy to use attractive phone that I could make calls and send text messages. The phone can do that and more. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great touchscreen phone. Has many features and a great 3megapixel camera on it. Very easy to use. Only complaint is the battery life but this comes with the type of touchscreen phones anyway. Highly recommended.
