LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game (Game Cube, 2005)

I purchased this game and have yet to receive it. I paid by money order and when I had not received my game I sent the seller a message. The only message that I received from the seller was that the game had been received. When I requested the sellers information from Ebay I called the seller but to my dismay the number was an invalid number it went to a University Religion Department. I filed a disput but have not heard back yet. I have learned that the seller has been kicked off of Ebay. And I have also found at that I am not the only person that this seller as taken advantage of. I have gone so far as to email the mayor of New Brunswick New Jersey. I had gotten in contact with a live Ebay support member and was given the information to contact a person about filing a complaint against this seller for fraud with the FBI White Collar Internet Division which I did. I did not delete the item as shown when I purchased it but now it has disappeared. My only complaint is that someone is allowed to do this to someone else. I am not through with this person yet. I can not write them a letter because the address is not correct nor can I call them because the phone number is correct. I am thinking about calling the police in New Brunswick New Jersey. This is just so upsetting to know that this person could still be on Ebay and doing the same thing again to someone else. I live with my Grandmother because I am not working at the moment and when I found out that this person stole my money it upset me so bad that I was seriously considering not doing any more business on Ebay. If you have any suggestions about anything else that I might do please by all means I would greatly appreciate being told. Now don't get me wrong we have been buying off of Ebay and had not had any trouble until this one person. So if anyone at Ebay had any ideas please let me know.
