Top Reviews  Can't live without this phone!Review created: 10/14/05 by:  35 of 37 people found this review helpful. I have had my Kyocera Slider SE47 since it first came out in April 2004. My previous phone was a piece of crap Nokia 9800 (they don't even make that model anymore) and I decided to upgrade last April and come into the 21st century. I was sold by it's brightly colored display screen and that fact that the faceplate slides instead of flips. The menus are easy to navigate and the phone will hold a charge for 3 days of being constantly on. I can get about 5 hours of talk time on a single charge, and I very rarely get any dropped calls unless I am in a weak cell phone area. My car charger will provide a full charge from almost dead to full strength in under an hour. I know the previous reviewer didn't like his Slider, but give it a try, and you'll be sold too. We purchased it and recieved it and it seemed to have a short was turning on and off. so i contacted the seller and he told me they would offer me a refund less 15% restocking fee. Well i thought that if this man just continues to sell this particular phone on ebay and sending it out he is making money off this broken phone. charging a restocking fee of 15% on everything of his that doesn't work and keeping tract emails and shipping. are a business within itself.
