The seller of this phone misrepresented what he was selling. He clearly stated that it was a Verizon phone and it was not!!! When it came time to return it and get our refund it took forever. His response time regarding this was very untimely. Quite frankly, it was the worst transaction I ever had with ebay and if it would have been my first purchase through ebay I would have been reluctant to ever make another purchase. I waited an extra year for a phone to come out better than this one and I got the Motokrzr about a week ago and have had the first one replaced b/c the speakerphone was giving a huge echo that overwhelmed the recipients including Motorola Service. But why did I like it so much? Because it was small and fit into any pocket like an egg. The battery lasted over 4 hours when new (straight talk time). It fully recharges in 2.5 hours. It has really nice ring tones built in. The speakerphone is adequately loud. People still ask about it when it's out. I put over 40,000 hours of talk time on it and it's still a work horse. I had a replacement battery that snaps off and on in seconds - no battery cover to mess with. Negatives - the exposed crystal gets scratched easily by coins and keys. But it's worth it because of its compactness. Very few times did it freeze up on me and when it did I removed and replaced the battery. Review ID: 10000000002473621 Was this review helpful?
