Pros: 1. facing slides open/closed so no accidentally dialing when it's in my purse 2. voice dialing - I just push the green button, say the name, and it calls who I say! This is fantastic for when driving a car; it's much safer IMO than dialing those little number buttons! 3. the size is perfect; I don't lose it in my purse but it's small enough that I can slip it in my shorts pocket when out walking w/out a bag 4. it's easy to use (so easy I bought another and gave it to my Dad!) 5. the screen is in full color Cons: 1. I bought a pretty faceplate on ebay but I'm going to have to take the phone and faceplate to a phone dealer to have it put on - the faceplate that comes w/ the phone is securely attached, and I'm not sure how to get it off there w/out breaking the phone. Just letting everyone know yes this is a great phone but it will only work in the Miami market as far as I was told from Metro PCS this phone was never released for the Tampa market in florida and has diffrent programing in it which stops it from working anywhere other than miami in florida.
