Kyocera Koi/KX2 16 MB (Verizon Wireless)

I was hesitant about this phone because of the rotating top to open it. It has held up fantastic! Good pictures and I am still finding things this does that I didn't know about. It gets great reception and the size of the screen is great!

I love the phone and all thae features that it offered. I have since swithed to Nextel and the phone I currently have, does not compare to the Kycera.

This is one of the best phones with the coolest flip feature, and all of the other things like a big screen and speakerphone add to the wonderful experience

i like the way it swivels to open, just different i guess. it has a huge screen and takes decent pictures. the sound quality is pretty good too.i have dropped this phone numerous times and not a scratch at all on the screen. i've busted tinier screens on phones doing less. the only problem i have with it is the ringer isn't loud enough, i use my phone for an alarm clock, so i had to buy a real alrm clock because this just didn't wake me up.

I ordered this phone off of eBay, and even used, it was GREAT. The swivel design is just an awesome eyecatcher that gives your phone the attention it deserves. I know alot of people are jealous.

Overall, I'll give this phone a 9/10 just b/c of the little cons. Even though it's a 2004 phone, it doesn't seem like it! I love it!

I bought this phone USED 2 years ago. This phone thinks it is new. I have dropped this phone on the ground at least a dozen times. It simply will not break. It has a great bunch of features. It has a camera that has a flash and takes good pics for a camera phone. It also has a neat swivel feature as to how it opens. I was at first concerned that this would be something that might break easily, but not so. Some of the features includes games, doodler, voice memo, scheduler, alarm clock, tip calculator, timer, stopwatch, calculator and speakerphone. It allows for text messaging, and has a large color screen. Only downfall is this is not a bluetooth phone. I actually use this on the Cricket network although it says Verizon at the top of this review. Cricket does not give away phones like the other companies because their service is so cheap. I get unlimited minutes locally and long distance all day and night for $45/mo. STEAL OF A DEAL! I only buy and use Kyocera phones and this one has been a real winner.

We knew what we wanted to purchase because it was a replacement phone. We love this phone and the features!

If you want a great cell phone with no unecessary bells and wistles, this is it. Best cell phone ever in my opinion.

there is nothing I like about it.I got burned.I bought a phone that I cannot use.It is locked into the previous owners account and cannot be activated until that time has expired.Verizon cannot tell me when that will be.

I love this phone. It has a great interface and is very user friendly. I would highly recomend this product to anyone who wants a sturdy, easy, and reliable phone.

I 'downgraded" and bought this phone over a year ago because my 'newer' bluetooth phone sounded so bad. It has a great car kit. Someone at Kyocera actually spent the necessary time to consider all the issues for a car kit! Put the phone in its cradle and it charges it, and automatically hooks up to a microphone and speaker installed in my car. Even turns off my car stereo when a call comes in. Most importantly, it sounds great to both me and the person I am talking to. I have had other car kits in the past, and none has sounded or worked as good as this one. I am very happy with the phone both in and out of my car.

This phone is great. Different than all others, one of a kind. You can speak when open or close and it has the neatest sounds, tones, and graphics.

this phone was good it can fast and it had the peices that i needed.thank you.but i do wish it had a back peice and an extra batterylol but over all it was a good purches

This was the first phone I had that had a speakerphone that didn't sound tinny and awful. The speakerphone has clear sound that made it easy to use in the car. The display is really beautiful and is 2" large. The camera is a 1.2 megapixel with an LED flash that gets decent pictures as well. I was able to download several games thru Verizon that were pretty fun too. The camera lens has a closable cover too.

I love this phone! When I "upgraded" and got a new phone, it only lasted a few weeks because I wanted my kyocera kx2 back! It has so many cool features, some of which I only discovered after it was turned off. Now that its back on, its gonna take an amazing, super phone that can do the dishes to get me to give this one up again!
