The phone and charger were in great condition (as advertised) however the phone was not E 911 compliant therefore I was unable to activate it (which defeats the purpose of having a phone- atleast for me). I don't know if it was my mistake, and I didn't read the details, but it would be great if you could mention if a phone has the potential to be activated.... or not...

i purchased it because i had already won the bid, the phone didn't work in my area, but that wasn't the fault of the seller. they were great in trying to help me out of a bind.

) Very nice phone if you have a 2-3 year old around to play with it,Verizon had got rid of all these phones because it can not be 911 activated and by law no cell phone can be activated without this feature,so for me ,it is useless. I have since bought a new phone.
