Kung Pow!: Enter the Fist (DVD, 2002, The Chosen Edition)

You need to set your mind to dumb mode before watching this unless youll think it's just something made out of a drug excess. Still its a movie i apreciate a lot!

Pretty much a funny movie. But you really have to have that type of humor. Some people don't like the "korny humor", however, not everyone can resist it. Even if you watch this on your own, I believe everyone could laugh at this.

Despite what the other guy said, if you are one who is easily humored, this movie is great. I personally watched all of it, and some parts got me laughing so hard I had to stop the movie for a bit! Make sure to watch the entire thing instead of 10Min worth before you pass judgement.

this is supposed to be a spoof, but you wont make it past the first 10mins before you turn it off sadly thinking, what a waste of a DVD .... i think the ONLY audience who could find this appealing is a drunk or stoned person!!!

I thought it was very funny. You have to be in the right mood. Of course there are some stupid parts, but overall I thought it was hilarious! The dubbed over voices are classic. I was using those for months afterwards with friends who had seen it. If you like these types of movies like Scary Movie, Naked Gun, Airplane, etc. this one rates up their with the best of those.

You have everything from a baby rolling down a hill to a bad guy changing his name to "Betty" or the Cyclops of...uh.. well, you'll have to see that one to believe it. Steve's movie is an absolute masterpiece. The cow sequence with it's nod to Matrix is just great. I've laughed everytime I've watched it and that's saying a lot. Hot Shots 1 & Deux are funny but how many times can you watch it and laugh each time??? No worries with this one. Just make sure when you bid on this that you are getting the one that's the "Chosen Edition" it has all the outtakes and special effects and is as funny as the movie was/is.

My sons love it. They couldn't wait for their friends to watch it with them. Funny for older children. Not appropriate for smaller children. A little bit graphic.

My husband loves the spanish version of this movie, its too funny :) Steve has the craziest ideas. I also recommend his thumb movies, we love batthumb.

When watching the previews this movie looked hilarious but when my wife and I went to see in the theater we couldn't stand it and actually walked out after 30 minutes, this was the ONLY movie I ever walked out on. I also gave it another try when I saw it on TV and watched it all the way through. I think the only reason I didn't like this movie was that everything in it was a joke. Kind of like how Naked Gun and Hot Shots movies make jokes of almost everything, but this movies raises the bar and literally makes jokes of EVERYTHING that is going on. The only thing that made me laugh was the baby rolling down the hill. Everything else was just too much crammed together with no breathing room. The movie does have it's funny moments but with that said I would recommend just watchig it when it airs rather than buying the DVD unless you can get it for $2 or less, shipped.

This movie is destined to be another cult classic. If you liked the humor in Bat Thumb and Thumb Wars, this is a must see. We rented it twice, then bought it as a present for my son.
