Kung Fu Hustle (DVD, 2005, Full Frame)

This movie is similar to the Matrix, but much much better. I love the creativity and imagination in this movie.

This film is a histerically funny sendup to all the outragous karate/kung-fu films in recent years, the caracters and the fights are very great, You don't even relize it's in anouther language your having so much fun!!

I became a fan Chow's movies when I saw Shaolin Soccer. His movies are funny, great for the family, and I love the fact the he integrates martial arts into his movies.

I'm not a Kung Fu movie guru or enthusiast, but this movie was pretty entertaining if you like comedies with random funny actions.

This movie is excellent! It has humor and plenty fight scenes which I love. It has a little bit of everything and I can watch it over and over again. Highly recommended!

This movie is really corkie and well-made. It's a cross between "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" and a Chinese kung fu movie. I really enjoyed it.

This movie is awsome, even if your not into kung fu movies. I don't like kung fu movies but this one has a realy good story line to it and alot of action.

There are many martial arts films that come along. However, there are few that become a classic. Kung Fu Hustle is that classic. Placing a new twist in the martial arts theme and making it there own. It parodizes Kung-Fu movies, and uses modern special effects in a hilarious cartoonish way. Lots of fun to watch!

The movie itself is very funny. I rented it when it first came out on dvd. Just happened to run into it on ebay and I decided to buy it.

I love the way it's filmed, the quirkiness of it. I owened it before and let people borrow it a little to much. I needed a replacment.

Great no brainer!! Lots of slap-stick comedy & comedy you don't pick right up on. This is definitly a movie to watch over & over again at home or traveling. Like any other martial arts movie there's alot of violence but this..... is more of an art. Great dvd menu and extras. A must have for any movie collection.

Action, Humor, Fun. A great watch. Appeals to dark humor and action films. The "Masters" of good and evil match up for a final battle. All in Chinese with english subtitles, but you hardly miss it.

It starts a bit slow, but develops charming characters for the action packed second half.

Great special effects and the big hero was an idiot for most the movie.
This rates with dumb & dumber why?
A intelligent way to present laughter and this really had a twist that no American would think of.
They make the gang who is supposed to be bad azz - DANCE!
That would never happen in an American flick along with alot of other quirks.
Then there is the women who is the LandLady of Pigsty in the running scene where she was chasing our idiot hero I laughed so hard I was in tears.
Genus Film Making and I realize this is now a classic and one of my all time best and funny movies.
Just got to see it!
