This movie is the classic fish out of water tail
After Slaters brother is murdered inherits his brothers Police CO in SF. An admitted Slacker he must save the business solve crime and bring his brother murders to justice.
It’s not the best move and a bit predictable but somewhat entertaining.
The he comedy at times gets a little slapstick.
The slapstick does not add but detracts from the story
Slater does a good job but sadly the material is just OK nothing special
