Kombucha Phenomenon by Betsy Pryor, Sanford Holst (19
This is a good simple book, meant for the average person who has recently started drinking the kombucha fermented tea. Given the fact that it is away from the mainstream, slightly sqeamish to look at as it ferments, and not something the average person is aquainted with on a daily basis, Betsy Pryor writes lucidly in a way you can understand, without drowning you in jargon or medicalese. A very useful, manual type publication, that manages to reassure you at each step. Lots of diagrams and stuff.
