) I do lots of knitting and always look for ways to improve on hand made things. This book is very clear in directions. No colored pictures, but very informative. The condition of the book is great. It also includes instructions for machine knitting, which I do not do, but would be helpful to someone else who does. Not sorry I purchased it. It was well described in the ad.
