A fabulous book full of patterns for the sweater lover. Timeless styles accompanied by very specific guidelines to achieve the look which is clearly photographed. There are several classics you will want to knit over and over again. The patterns range from easy to medium skill, with an emphasis on the type of yarn that is used. I am a beginner, and I feel I can successfully follow this book; but the advanced knitter will find these patterns charming and worthwhile doing, especially if one is interested in working with offbeat yarns and combination yarns. A great book for the money -- retail or lower!
