This book is definitive. Period.
I learned so much. It tells all about harvesting, processing, and using the hair. It never occurred to me to mix dog hair with other fibers to get a better yarn. I like the patterns modified for use with dog hair yarn.
The book also discusses which breeds have the best hair.
Using pet hair is more complex than I realized. This book is perfect for explaining every detail in the making of yarn and using it.
