I like the simplicity of the book. The book offered alot of different stitches and the steps were quite easy to follow. I would definately recommend this book for beginner knitters. I hope Im not being bias since this is actually my first and only knitting book so far :-)

) Very good illustrations and photos. Very good explanations about the materials and tools. Very good basic projects to try. The boook is a good size - big enough to have good illustrations and photos but small enough to take along for study or help. The author seems to know her stuff very well and presents it understandably. I bought it because it looked complete and was aimed at beginners and it was priced very reasonably. Book rate shipping isn't the fastest but it was worth the wait.
