A good friend of mine recommended this book...they had just been in a wonderful retreat center for adult victims of childhood abuse. It a short read, written in fairy tale format that tells of the difficulties of one particular knight who needs a bit more insight. It helps us to understand how we all have habitual interpersonal "armor" that may not be working for us anymore. We have a choice of looking at ourselves, understanding why we do what we do...and then making a change...or, become more and more isolated and unhappy. Simple but true...perhaps good for teens as well.
