The pictures are wonderful and it's a lot of fun for the kids. It speaks to children in a easy to understand format. Before we got a kitten I went through the book with them, step-by-step so that they would know how to treat, hold, feed, and care for her. It was a great introduction for them and it really worked. They are very helpful and have a much better understanding of our new kitten's needs.
