I wish i could right a review...the ebay seller --- seamajesty1 --- never sent the item. never buy from this seller!!!!

I bought this mixer to replace a 10 year old Kitchen Aid 5 quart mixer that I took to our vacation house. The quality is just as excellent as the older mixer, and the 6 quart is huge. I like the fact that all of the attachments will fit on
any Kitchen Aid stand mixer.
I don't like the fact that you can't put the beater, whisk or bread dough attachments in the dishwasher. The instructions say that they will burnish, which I took to mean discolor, in the dishwasher.
The soft start feature is nice. That's an upgrade from my old one.
I find the pouring shield a little awkward.
All in all, another great product from Kitchen Aid.

I heard good of Kitchen Aid, but my product lasted only one month. It kept making a "popping" sound. I used it for grinding wheat, and I think that destroyed the motor.

I have ordered three replacements and each one has broken.

My wife love's to bake. It is a very strong machine with a large bool. It's only draw back is in the weakness of the switching mechanism. She had the same model and because of heavy use the switch broke. I would suggest the manufacturer use something heavier than plastic in the switch parts. It's very difficult to find a repair store.

My wife has the cheaper smaller KitchenAid Model which she has used for over 30 years. It proved to be a good back-up until we got this new machine.

is the easy way to make cakes, the power is perfect quiet compare with others and you don't neet to hold while if the machine function

I never received the mixer, and I never heard from the seller as to why he never sent it. I'm just so thankful I used Paypal! However, the first Paypal employee gave me the wrong information concerning getting my money back so it took longer than it should to remove the charge from my credit card. I hope this seller ceases to "sell" items on ebay.

The mixer is strong worth the extra money. The pro model just has the motor to handle big loads. Great unit at a great ebay price

I bought a Kitchenaid Pro several years ago. It did not come with a pouring shield. I love the machine but I do not know where to get a pouring shield.
I ordered one but it was the wrong size.

This machine is perfect for my kitchen. It is perfect for me too.I sometmes make very large batches of biscuits, cornbread and cookies. It cuts in the butter very well for the biscuits and mixes the other items perfectly.It is the Cadilac of home kitchen mixers. I bought the Artisan 350 watts for my son and he and his wife are very satisfied with it. He went through culinary arts school and does some fine cooking for the family.

Great heavy duty mixer, it has a very strong motor, is quiet, Don't have to hold the bowl or mixer during mixing. I bought it because when my wife would make Christmas cookie with her handheld mixer, it would bog down and sometimes would it would burn up the motor. This KitchenAid plows right through the tough dough without any problems, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

I have always wanted a big stand mixer. The price on this item was outstanding so I saved a bunch of money and got exactly what I wanted.. I am well pleased with the mixer and hope to enjoy it for many years to come

This mixer was a wedding present to my daughter who has drooling over my big mixer for years. I ordered it, was skeptical, but the price was wonderful and the service was quick and recieved it promptly. Wonderful seller, made me very happy.

I love the Kitchenaid mixers. I have the Classic and the Artisan. Neither of them mix yeast doughs the way I would like for them to so I decided it was time to take it up a notch!! I LOVE IT!!

Being a long term owner/user of Kitchenaid, I recently started a small cinnamon bun business, using exclusively two 4.5 qt machines in order to make small batches. While these machines work efficiently, the amount of dough was taxing, and I determined after much reading and research that a 6 qt machine would be better.

I have never used eBay before, but have looked several times for various things, and was encouraged by the guarantees, as well as the obvious importance of feedback. The 6 qt mixer I ordered was for parts or repair. Having just had the experience of repairing my own 4.5 qt. machine, I determined I would risk buying and repairing the 6 qt.

After much reading and research, I was fairly certain that I knew what the problem was, and that it could be repaired inexpensively. When the machine arrived I immediately disassembled the head and was encouraged that my assumption was correct. I ordered the necessary parts and on arrival, reassembled the machine.

On operation, I discovered another mechanical issue not apparent on the first inspection. However, the repair was still minor, and I will have much less invested including shipping than for a refurbished machine.

That, is what eBay is all about. To this point, four Kitchenaid mixers have found their way to my address. Two working and two for repairs. The hours spent in research and reading have absolutely paid off, and this has been an tremendously successful experience for me.

I like the kitchenaid for prepare cakes, and don't know the posible buy, and I need the kitchenaid and my spouse to take the cash for buy and paid. I am happy because I have the opportunity to buy and that good price. Thanks for the opportunity and excuse my english, but I don't speak English.

My girlfriend cooks/bakes A LOT. Kitchenaid is the best most durable unit made.
The Professional has a larger capacity and is more powerful.

This was purchased for a wedding present that will be presented in October. Sorry but I can't provide any more information on this product.

I have had a Kitchenaid Mixer since my now 42 year old son was a toddler. In fact he and his wife are taking that mixer to use in their home. It still works beautifully. It is a 6 qt K5-A. That mixer has made my sons pla-doh to whipped cream. I wanted to get this new one with the stronger motor because I love to make yeast products. I am now handicapped and I think the wider bowl will be much easier for me to use. I think this new one has some features that will make the bread making much easier and will make a better product. I only received it yesterday. It's proudly unpacked and placed on my counter for use really soon. I can't wait to try it. The nice thing about it is the attachments that I have for the K5 will also fit this new mixer. I honestly have never found anything I dislike about Kitchenaid stand mixers. The only thing I wish they would change is to make the beaters out of stainless steel.

I decided to buy this product because my mother has an older classic model that she has enjoyed for many years. I really loved the larger size as well as the improved dough hook. If the pro model last as well as her classic model I can easily say it is the only mixer I will ever need. Thus making it an outstanding buy. Thank you kitchen aid for making such a dependable product.
