I just love the fact that this collection comes with it's own Hard Binder to slide the books in and out of. My daughter is able to keep them nice and neat on top of her dresser and access them at any time. Such a nice collection of books! I would recommend these to anyone that has a Kit American Girl Doll to learn all about Kit, her family and her adventures!

My daughter loves the American Girl books. And since I'm a Mom on a tight budget I just couldn't afford to purchase the books directly from American Girl they are way to expensive. So I decided that I would buy them through eBay. Alot of the sellers had the books still brand new and the best part at a fraction of the cost! eBay and the many eBay sellers made it posible for my daughter to have a little bit of happiness through these hard times. Thanks eBay!

My 8 year old daughter and I just started to read the series in preparation for the movie release this summer. They are fabulous books that teach about the era of The Depression and Kit's personal goals to be a journalist.

I read the American Girl Samantha and Kirsten books as a child. When it came time to buy my 10-year-old niece a Christmas present, I went directly to the American Girl series and found a plethora of choices. I chose the "American Girl Kit" who most resembled my niece. She was THRILLED when she opened the gift and over the course of my holiday stay, she read almost the whole series... during dinner, on car trips, everywhere. Obviously, these were a hit. I highly recommend.
