Movie Description
North Carolina police detective Dr. Alex Cross (Morgan Freeman) tracks an elusive psychopath whose modus operandi is not necessarily killing the young women he abducts but "collecting" them as trophies. Unfortunately, his quarry includes the detective's own law-student niece, so his race against time, with the help of a no-nonsense medical intern Dr. Kate McTiernan (Ashley Judd) who escaped the "collection," is all the more desperate. A spare, by-the-numbers thriller. Based on the series of novels by James Patterson.

    Based upon the best-selling series of novels by James Patterson, "Kiss the Girls" is a thriller about a crazy serial killer and kidnapper of eight talented and beautiful women. If a key witness Dr. Kate McTiernan (Ashley Judd) and Detective Alex Cross (Morgan Freeman) don't get to "Casanova" all the women are bound to be continuously tortured, and perhaps die, including Cross's niece.

    As they track the psychopath, whose methods are not simply kidnapping and killing the young women, Cross figures out that Casanova is collecting them as trophies to do with as he wishes. Dr. Kate McTiernan (Ashley Judd) a focused, no-nonsense medical intern, was an escapee of the Casanova collection. But since Cross's niece is one of Casanova's trophies he becomes desperate to find her and is dependent upon McTiernan's memories.
