Kipper - Amazing Discoveries! (DVD, 2005)

Why the best? Simple, imaginative animation, age appropriate character situations (1-4 yrs will VERY likely LOVE this show, and older children don't seem to hate it), and a calming soundtrack that doesn't wear on adult nerves.

Several (roughly) 8 minute short stories are on each DVD, with a total run time of just under one hour. The stories celebrate imagination, facing MILD friendship conflicts with good humor, helping those who can't help themselves, positive interaction with those younger than yourself, and generally seeing the brighter side of life.

My 3 year old daughter, and my friend's 9 month old son, both have enjoyed Kipper, and neither myself nor my husband find it annoying. All the characters are talking animals, they're all willing to try new things, and to help eachother and others to have positive experiences and to explore the world around them.

Experiences presented are whimsical, but not contrived, and there are plenty of social and practical learning opportunities without "education" being forced down anyone's throat. This is the FIRST television show I've seen which truly encourages children to create their own fun, and gently introduces them to several options.

I LOVE this show.

My son absolutely adores Kipper and his pals. He has even started speaking with an "English" accent as does Kipper. These DVDs are very mild mannered and perfect for the preschool set. We are well on our way to collecting all of these DVDs and already own at least a dozen. You won't be disappointed.

My three year old loves kipper these dvd's keep her quiet for hours! There is also a prompt for continuous play so the video keeps looping over and over good for quiet time so you can clean relax or just be!! FANTASTIC I LOVE IT !!

This cartoon is much more intelligent than most that my daughter has wanted to watch over and over again. I love the music and the imagination showed in this video. I highly recommend this video. Nett

My son loves it. Ya!!! For Kipper. The store lines are very good and helpful for my sons learning. Kipper is a sweet dog with good friends. He always helps out and now my son is too.
The arts is well done. We really enjoy watching the dvd together. ANd are friends kids enjoy it when the come over also. We are also looking to but more dvds and the plush talking the kipper dog.

DVD was excellent and arrived as promised but still waiting my feedback as of March when I purchased it still no feedback. I used my credit card they got there money up front. I left positive feedback, yet nothing from them. You should have something for the buyers if they us paypale or there credit card. Is it because these sellers do not have alot of time to leave feedback. they dont have time to do feedback or dont care.

KIPPER IS AN EXCELLENT CARTOON TO PUT IN PRIOR TO NAP TIME, IT'S A VERY MILD CARTOON WITH A SLOW PACE - TEACHES GREAT FRIENDSHIP SKILLS!
