I purchased this cookbook over 1 month ago. This cookbook has rub recipes which you usually do not find in a cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and includes all meats, fish & poultry. It also includes instructions on how to grill directly and indirectly over the coals. Couldn't beat the price either.

) If you enjoy cooking out on the charcoal grill, this is a good book. There are good tips and recipies. Kingsford is the way to go, but don't use the lighter fluid, start your coals with a chimney or electric starter. Enjoy!

I bought this book thinking it would have alot of unique recipes in it for both charcoal and gas. It only has recipes in it for charcoal which is fine, but just in case you want one with both.

) Kingsford is such a well known name in grilling that when my son said he wanted to have some new recipes to grill for variety, it was the second name I thought of (first being Bobby Flay) and I checked to see if there was a cookbook by Kingsford. There was. I know he will love it when i give it to him. I love it already.
