Gives me a gritty & dirty FPS experience.

The first thing I noticed about Killzone was, what I feel is, a great amount of detail in the environments. You're only in any specific area for a short period of time, yet there's so much in each area. It wasn't a bland and empty space with a couple of neatly placed desks, or vehicles. You do get the feeling you're in a war zone.
I thought the sound was very well done, particularily the voice overs for the enemy BOTS. They react realistically to what you're doing, and the situation at hand.
On top of all this, the difficulty level can be set just perfect for me, where I feel challenged, but not hopeless. I also rarely find that I'm lost, or don't know where to go next.
The biggest down sides to the game would have to be the lack of a jump button (I mean come on, you could even jump in the original Doom), and the sniper mode is a little too touchy and impercise for my tastes.
In spite of that, I still recommend this shooter!
