The Killing (VHS, 2000)

I bought this video because it is one of my favorite Sterling Hayden films. It is considered one of the great film noirs of the period. I originally wanted to get this movie in DVD, but couldn't find it. So I bought it on VHS at a very reasonable price. I like everything about this picture. The cast features such great character actors as Elisha Cook Jr., the handsome Vince Edwards, Ted De Corsia as a dirty cop, and the beautiful Marie Windsor. I thought Marie Windsor was one of the most underated beauties of her era. She had beautiful legs. She was also a top notch actress. Also featured in this film is pro-wrestler Kola Kwiariani who takes on a squad of policemen throwing them all over the place. He was an old man by then too. I like everything about this motion picture and would recommend it to everyone.
