The first book by this author that I have listened to or read. I thought I would be bored the way it started out. It sort of got rolling a little slow. I enjoyed the humor. The ending caught me unaware. A little longer than I liked, but it was enjoyable.

) I bought to fill in with this series of characters. Not as good as some of the others but still a good read and held my attention. I do love all the characters in this series of 'lady lawyers' books. And Lisa Scottoline is one of my favorite authors.

As Lisa has done before, she does again in this great novel. She develops characters to fall in love with as she defends them. She always gives you something to look forward too so you won't want to put the book down or sit inside you vehicle when you get to your destination and want to listen to more. Her trail writing is very understandable, but yet for those who loves criminal lawyer type books it will keep your interest too.
My highest recommendations and one of her better books.
