The title screen and music are pretty cheesy. Once you start to play the main feature it takes on a more National Geographic format. There are many good sceens showing the clear size and behavior of the Anaconda. The narrating is clear and easy to understand and follow. I would like to have seen one real time strike from an Anaconda, instead sceens seem to follow stalking then cut to the constriction. The content seems to be consistant with what I know to be true. The most impressive thing about the DVD for me was the out of water shots showing how enormous this snake is. Some shots I suspect were taken from a zoo exhibit but most seem to be actual field footage. Interviews with experts was a nice touch. Over all, if you do not know a lot about snakes or Anacondas there will be plenty of information for you to ponder. If you have a PHD in herpetology you can still enjoy the footage.
