This is one of the great novel written by John Ringo, Unique and Interesting story line and vivid description about combat and sex. This is a affordable book and can be read during weekends. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

) This is a fairly typical John Ringo novel. Although part of a series the book stands well by itself. The author has a deep love and knowledge of all things military and uses this to good advantage. The book is a sex & combat fantasy and may be too graphic for young or sensitive readers. This will never be considered a classic, but is acceptable for light entertainment.

John Ringo is an excellant SCIFI author. His books are fast paced and well written. With that said this is not a SCIFI story, however it is really, really good. The type of book you can't put down. It is a story set in current day Georgia, country not state. It involves current technology in a setting from 400 years before. Good characters, action, warfare, training, and gratuitis sex all rolled into one. This book is the 2nd in a four book series and is much better than the first,Ghost. The third book, Choosers of the Slain is also a continuation of this story line and a good read.
