Kids Sing and Learn by Various Artists (CD, Sep-2005, 20 Discs, Mill Creek Entertainment)

This is a great way to learn a differant language. It combines songs you know with english and spanish so that your child(ren) are learning without even realizing it. What a great way to learn! Thanks!!

Nicely boxed set contains songs for little ones. Each song category has one disc in English & another in Spanish. Young minds pick-up language easily, so why not give them the exposure? I haven't used them in the classroom yet, but these are great CD's for preschool and early intervention classrooms. If I had young children at home, I would use them there too. There are 10 pairs of CD's. Each pair contains one with English and one of Spanish. The songs are identical except for the language. The CD's that go together have the same picture on them so it is easy for someone like me who doesn't know Spanish to know which ones go together.
The only thing I think would make them better is if on each CD the English song was immediately followed by the Spanish song.
I teach a mix of typically developing children and children with special needs. I am excited to be able to use these with each child who enters my class:)

I bought one set of 20 cd's for my grandson and one set for my great grandson, so they could enjoy and learn the songs that generations have listened ,learned and sang to.Their is an English version and a Spanish version of all the songs.My English speaking grandchildren cant help but learn some Spanish as they love to play them over and over and sing along and dance to.Its a win-win product and made marvelous gifts.

Purchased for our grandchildren for Christmas. They love to listen to music and are learning Spanish amazingly fast! Also bought set for us, and have started to use it!

I bought these for my grand children to learn while they are growing up. It's nice that they can learn nursery rhymes in both languages.

Purchased two sets one for our daughter and one for our nephew. Both children learning spanish and in a fun way.

Love it because there are so much variety and the quality is awesome! Not to mention that it is also in bth english and spanish!

What a great product to start young children on how to learn anouther language. I think there should be more products introduced at younger ages like 2-3 years. I gave this to a friend and her daughter is already trying to sing like the language. Great!!!

We are teaching her the songs in English and a few Spanish words at a time (she's only two). The song choices and performances were well done and hold her interest and entertain her for hours at a time.

Inexpensive and passive method to teach small children another language. I gave this to my 2 year old nephew for Xmas. His parents play the CD and he sings along first in English and then in Spanish. His dad says that he already knows over 50 words and phrases in Spanish. This is a true bargain.

My grandchildren really are enjoying these cds. As compared to other Spanish/English cds, these are very good for younger children! I am glad that I made this purchase..........well worth the price.

I bought the dvd's to help out with the day care my sister and i are getting ready to open, our area their are alot of spanish speaking famlies so what better way to help us and the other learn about their language then by song i know it's going to be a fun and learning experience.

My great-granddaughter loves "her" CDs. She has picked up some Spanish already (she's 3). I am very pleased with the cds and I believe the true value is much higher than I paid.

This is a great way to entertain kids in our language and at the same time they can learn the songs in another language.

We enjoyed these CD's for my granson but the singing was to calm and relaxing for us instead of learning we fell asleep.Sounds like children found a church choir singing

it was a great buy. 20 cds 10 in english, the same 10 in spanish. if i had read the description i would have realized that fact before i bought [i still would have purchased it]. i did think that it was kids sing and subsquently they learn spanish...it is not. you could use this as a helpful tool to learn spanish along with other things though or just listen to kids songs in either english or spanish if you already speak both languages.

My son wasn't excited when he opened it on Christmas but after we went on a road trip he couldn't get enough. Loves both the English and Spanish CD's and is learning two languages and doesn't even know it!

I really like that the songs are in both English and Spanish. Additionally, there are Latin children's songs. My grandson loves to listen and sing along.

This is a great gift for children learning those special songs we all grew up with. I highly recommend this cd set to anyone the price is unbeatable. Free shipping on top of a great price. How can you beat that.

I was hoping this set of CDs would contain the English/Spanish version of the song on each disc. For example, the song "Bingo" in English, then right after in Spanish. Or vice versa.

However, there's 10 English CDs, and 10 Spanish CDs. Now I have to put the English CD in, and then take it out and replace it with the Spanish version right after. Kind of a hassle.

But a pretty good set of songs regardless. Some of the beats are slightly cheesy and odd, but the kids LOVE it.

Gave as a Christmas gift to daughter for my granddaughter. I haven't heard anything back as of today. I believe it to be a great learning tool for the price. I am interested to hear it myself.
