
WE LOVE THIS BOOK!
We like the book because the recipes are so easy and down-to-earth. They don't require exotic or hard to find ingredients. The book's main purpose is to make gluten free dishes, but almost all the recipes have notes on how to make them dairy, nut, or egg-free if needed.
We borrowed this book through the public library first, and fell in love with it. Our family has Celiac disease, so I needed a cookbook that we could use easily.
Our only problem is that a couple of cookie recipes did not have the baking time or temperature included, but they were not overly difficult to figure out.
That aside, this is a wonderful book to own.
