Excellent book. This book describes in easy to understand detail, the exact processes to take in order to acheive great ki power! The writings are very detailed, and are not always taught by instructors as well. This book is a must have for any aikidoist. Ki power is taught by aikido instructors, but usually hard to understand. The book "Ki in Daily Life" by Tohei, helps one grasp how to manifest this awsome power through mind and body coordination, and keeping the one point. This book i received was new it seem like it was never open to be read
there was nothing to dislike about this book and the service i got.
i excepted the book to alittle wrone from reading because the date,which
