Single Cup Brewing Perfection

My wife and I love our morning coffee. The problem is she likes hers light and candy-flavored while I like mine bold and dark. Since we both enjoy quality coffee this mean 2 pots of Starbuck's with roughly half of each going to waste each morning. The Keurig totally solves this problem by allowing us each individual cups of exactly the kind of coffee we want; perfect every time. The only potential drawback to this system is the cost of the K-Cups. However when one takes into account the waste of making a whole pot and of perhaps needing several coffees to meet the varying tastes in the household, the Keurig system starts to look pretty good. The machine is simple. The most important features are the backlit, digital timing system which keeps time all day and allows you to start and stop automatically each day. The removable 48 oz water reservoir makes it easy to know when you are low on water and easy to refill without carrying the whole machine to the sink or running back and forth with pitchers of water to fill the machine. The simple K-Cup system which lets you lift a lever, insert the cup, close the top and press a button for perfect coffee. Using Keurig.com for refills and other supplies is very easy. At a certain level of purchases you get free shipping as well as free sample collections allowing you to try their other coffees. Selection is tremendous and includes all major brands (other than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts) as well as many you probably haven't heard of. Keurig also carries a wealth of teas! We have had the system for years with no problems.

The Keurig B60 is a wonderful coffee maker overall! It brews super fast, any flavor I want and the best part is that I can have tea while my wife has coffee and there is no clean up!!! It is so fast to use. The timer is great to start early in the morning when I wake up and off when she goes to sleep at night. There is only 1 thing that it has a a con. The noise the pump inside makes and rattles the unit. I believe this is fixed on the higher end unit but will actually shake your cup off the stand it sits on if the unit is not sitting perfectly flat. It is a little loud too.
But for the convieniance of the "no clean up" and speed of brewing multiple types/flavors of coffees and teas, it is well worth it! My next model will be the higher grade one.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever had! It is everything the advertisements claim it to be. It brews a HOT cup of coffee in 15 seconds. I would recomend that if you brew on the large mug size, (which is a normal coffee mug) to use a k-cup that states strong and or a dark roast.
The reusable filter that allows you to brew your own coffee also works well with this maker, and brews an equally good cup of coffee.
I cannot say a bad thing about the Keurig B60. If you like a great cup of coffee in a short time, or are in a hurry, THIS IS the coffee maker you are looking for. For multiple cups, there is no wait for the water to get hot again, just pop in another K-Cup, and away you go.

It is not an inexpensive machine, but it begins to pay for itself right away. Also There are ways to reuse the coffee pods.

I love the ease of this coffee maker & the ability to brew just one cup! Also the versatility of the keurig makes easy to have your coco or tea! My favorite maker to date!
The only downside, I wish the K-cups were cheaper, it's alittle tedious to have to order your coffee, but the filter that comes with the unit helps between orders...

I love the fact that this brewer makes fast, hot cups of coffee in seconds. It is simple to use, energy efficient, and cleans up in a snap. Down sides: it is a little noisy. You're paying around $.50 a cup for coffee, and it is not really environmentally sound (unless you get the My K-cup). I like coffee, but I don't love it. I can't drink more than 2 cups or so, so this is a perfect machine for me. If you are the same way, I'm sure you'll love this brewer.

We have always wasted lots of coffee and it's nice to make exactly what we want, when we want it. It is expensive, even considering the reduced waste. I assume we will find additional vendors, more choces and lower cost at some point.

I love the Keurig B60 Coffee Maker. It is so convenient to make one cup at a time and it makes a FANTASTIC cup of coffee. It is so easy to use. This is the best purchase that I've made on Ebay.
