Keurig B200 and B2003 Coffee Makers
Whats to like about it?
Keurig B200 and B2003 are their mid-size coffee brewer. They have a very nice LED water tank level indicator. Allows for plumbed-in mode with 3/4" connector to the water line, also can be used in 'pour-over' mode where you fill the water like a conventional coffee maker. Uses K-Cups for coffee.
Whats not to like about it?
Brew Temperature is adjustable between 192°-187° degrees Fahrenheit [ 89°-86° Celsius]. Coffee connoisseurs generally agree that a bare minimum brew temperature of 88°C is needed to extract full coffee flavors; most will recommend a the 'sweet spot' of brew temp is 96°-93°C (just barely under boiling). Water boils at 212°F / 100°C. Single serving K-Cups limit the type of coffees you can brew, and most certainly will not allow for fresh roasted (brewed between 4-48hours of roasting) coffee to be brewed.
