We have had our B-100 machine for over 2 years and have literally put hundreds and hundreds of KCups through it. We love it. It is so easy to use and it is nice mostly because my wife and daughter and I can all have our favorite flavor of coffee and tea withing seconds, and always hot.
We have not had any problems with this brewer.
I love it so much I bought a B-40 and took it to work, my co-workers love it too. The B-40 had a sensor go out after hundreds of cups in only 4 months and I called Keurig tech support. I described the problem and they had another entire machine shipped to my house. The customer service agent put the order for replacement in the system while we were on the phone, I received a confirmation email that the order was being processed in their shipping system within a half hour of getting off the phone with her and had my new machine in 3 days. Awesome customer service. Although for a $200 coffee machine you would expect good service. These machines are NICE! don't buy one of those cheep ones, you get what you pay for...

Keurig's B100 coffee maker is the top of their line for home use machines. This maker is a departure in style and function from their lower units that they sell.
The things that are the same with all their styles are a water level indicator, however the B100 has a lighted one that turns between blue/red for accent lighting. You also get the drip tray for overflow.
The differences are many.
First of all you only get a single cup size of 7.25 oz. Since I use different sizes of cups this function alone would have me dropping to the B70 models.
You get a larger water reservoir at 64 oz that is built into the machine instead of removable. So you open a little flap at the top of the machine to fill it with water.
Your k-cup holder slides out of the front of the machine instead of tilting up when you pull a lever.
The machine is a bit more streamlined then the B40-B70's, giving it the impression that it is smaller. However, it is still 15lbs when empty.
Overall, I'm giving this Keurig product a 4/5 only because of the single cup size. It still brews an awesome cup of hot coffee in under a minute!

I love the ease of operation. There is no waste. I don't have to make a whole pot of coffee and drink one cup then waste the rest. I also use this unit to heat water for tea & hot chocolate.
I'm still experimenting with different types of coffee and have not found a favorite yet. I do wish that this particular unit had a filter cup so I could use my own coffee. Some of the lesser costing models do have a filter cup.

I made the mistake of purchasing a used coffee maker from an individual. At half price, if it would have worked longer than two weeks, it would have been a good buy. My Keurig B100 quit, with the blue lit level indicator showing red instead of blue and the water failing to heat up. The Seller refused to take it back. Now I will check out how much money it will cost to repair. Should have bought new and had a warranty.

The Keurig B 100 is an office workhorse. It brews an 8 ounce cup of coffee in less than a minute. It is incredibly easy to use and maintain and the whole staff loves being able to get a fresh brewed perfect cup of coffee. To get around the lack of size choices folks usually double brew with the same pod for 16 oz of coffee. I really like its durability and ease of use.

I purchased this Keurig for my office last month and it is absolutely perfect! Everyone is jealous! Works perfectly and brews a mean cup of coffee quickly when I need it! I also have the higher end model Keurig at home (chrome/black) and would recommend any model of Keurig to anyone!

Awesome Single Cup Coffee MakerInstead of a whole pot of coffee you can make just one cup. WHile the k-cups cost more than reguloar coffee, there is absolutely no wasted coffee and it brews an awsome cup every time. Highly Recommended.

I received this coffee maker as a gift a few years ago & I absolutely love it. There are many K-cup coffee & teas to choose from and they now have an excellent hot chocolate as well. You can also use the unit without a K-cup just for the hot water with regular tea bags or cup-a-soup etc. It is very simple to use, fill the reservoir & pop a K-cup in. You get a hot fresh brewed cup of coffee every time with no wait. There is also a commercial version of this unit that connects directly to your water supply so you never have to fill it. I have purchased 2 of the smaller B-50 units & do not like them as well but I would recommend the B100 to anyone who drinks coffee. Excellent product!
