You know, if you are looking for outdoor humour, often through the eyes of a young boy, then McManus is the writer to look for. Cray Eddie, Rancid Crabtree are just a couple of the colourful folks you will meet. If you want to find out more about how these characters were brought to life, read "How I got This Way."

) Kerplunk! is classic McManus. Most of these stories will have you laughing out loud. This collection recalling many of McManus's outdoor misadventures is really funny. I definitely recommend it to all hunters, fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, or anyone who appreciates good, humorous stories about the outdoors.
