Ha ha, there's nothing like the feeling of hitting a ball right out of the park! The overall presentation, control scheme, and basic feel of the game all center around ease of play. Ken Griffey Jr.'s Slugfest is not only a fantastic baseball game, it's the only one I've bought, or would have considered buying. I'd never go with the Konami sports baseball game, and Acclaim's new All-Star Baseball 2001 is too simulationish. Griffey's manages to strike the perfect balance between sim and arcade, and as a result you have one hell of a game. The graphics are far better than last year's title. "It's grand salami time," as the Voice of the Mariners, Dave Niehaus, would say in this great baseball game. I just finished a 162-game season, Divisional Playoffs, League Championship Series, and the World Series, and all I can say is: WOW!
