) I have to use a car guide in my daily work as a Notary doing car titles.
Kelley Blue Book has been my choice of guides for the simple reason that
it is less costly to buy, no subscriptions and overkill for quarterly and
monthly issues. Just buy it twice a year and save on the cost of buying a
used car guide.
