Keeping Up Appearances: Onslow Special (DVD, 2008)

As a real fan of Keeping Up Appearances, I enjoy the Onslow character very much. This dvd was a disappointment. It was Onslow sitting at a desk and introducing snippets of the series as a professor. I do not think they included enough of each piece to get the context or story line. It seemed choppy and disjointed. It would not have been easily understood by anyone who was not a regular watcher of the series. This one is better to rent or to buy used than to purchase new!

Very rare is this dvd, narrated in person by Geofrey Hughes, it is a fun look from the actor's perspective about the character he lovingly played to gain the love ow watchers all over the world... especially us folks here in new hampshire who are bone idle most of the time. We love you Geoff

That's a great little DVD..it's short only 1 hour but Onslow packs a lot of life's lessons in it...And he is super funny..I have not laughed so gard for a long time..He is just like my friend Les..
