This is a great combination of workouts. You can pick and chose, aerobic, uppper body, lower body. There is also the cool down stretch. Kathy Smith is one of the few who instructs as a mirror image to you. That is, she steps with her left (your right) and calls it a right step. Easy to follow and she keeps you moving!
Will she ever age??
Worth the buy and I've been an instructor for over 30 years.
