
Mixed review: some excellent, some dullish

Fat burn workout one of the best ever--excellent. The upper body workout also quite good, although we are not given enough time to shift from standing to floor position in some instances.
Lower Body workout incredibly boring and repetitive, although if you can hang in there, also highly effective -- but because it is dull, I will probably tend not to do it as often as the more interesting less repetitive workouts.
