I love this workout. I just bought my second copy. I used the other one until it wore out. I did one 20 minute part 4 times a week and lost 10 pounds in about a month and toned up a ton. Excellent full body workout. You will use every muscle and you can use lighter or heavier weights to tailor it to your fitness level.
