Kari Anderson - Shake: Something Hot About Kid's Energy (DVD, 2005)

I bought this for my son- he exercises with me but finds the moves too difficult in adult work outs. The energy is good, the kids are having fun on the video. The pace is pretty fast for children to follow along. Even an adult can get a good workout.

I like this DVD. It gets kids motivated to exercise. My daughter loves to work out with this DVD. She works out without me asking her do do so.

This is not just for kids! I broke a good sweat dancing with them. Time with my girls and working out at the same, it's alot of fun. I also ordered a step DVD, but I use this one more. I now think step is much more fun with a group. This one is much better for the days you can't make it to the gym!

Great way to get the family up and moving. We use this dvd for exercise class in our homeschool. I enjoy it as much as my children do.
