Karen Voight - Streamline Fitness: A.M./P.M. Workout (DVD, 2003)

Funny story actually! I have had the VHS of Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness for so many years and used it so much that the picture no longer showed up on my TV screen; I could only hear the instruction (although I pretty much had it memorized anyway!) However, I love this workout so much I was unwilling to part with it and I could not find it in stores. Here's where ebay comes in to save the day! I typed in the title and wallah!, I found a DVD of this exact workout, made an offer and in less than a week had it in my DVD player and was working out to it again!

I did this workout for the morning and found it too tame for me. I really like to move when exercising.

Karen Voight est vraiment excellente, même avec le temps son programme reste ludique, et vraiment très efficace, si vous devez n'avoir qu'un seul DVD de fitness prenez celui-ci. Je suis professeure de fitness et ces DVD m'apporte un renouvelement pour mes cours et pour moi une mise en forme avec une experte.

Like all other KV dvd's - this is a great workout. You can workout as much or little as you want since you pick and choose. The AM workout is my favorite and works out the whole body in 25 min. Love it.
