Karen is an excellent instructor, but this two-tape (combined 85 minutes) workout, even if you do both tapes in one session, is a little on the light side. I only consider myself an intermediate exerciser, but this offered no challenge at all. I wasn't feeling any burn during the workout and no muscle ache the next day. While pain is certainly not an indicator of a good workout, I do expect to notice what muscles have been worked. Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout is much more of a challenge (even if you can only manage half of the reps, like me) and will give you fast, fast results with consistent use.
