I love this DVD. It's a great low impact, high intensity workout. This DVD does the BLT...Butt, Legs, and Tummy. It's an easy workout that takes around 30 minutes to complete and it doesn't leave you all sweaty and tired. It's just right. It's great for when you aren't doing aerobics and would like focus on some great target areas.
This is an easy one to workout to and Karen gives tips of how to up, you definitely won't get bored with this one.
