This book really helped me get on my way to my career. Was easier to read then to sit in a class for a year. I would certainly recommend this book.

A needed materialThis book is a comprenhensive review of Biology, Chemistry, O-chem, Physics and writing. The book walks you through the MCAT mentality which i find a plus. As to whether or not it worked, I'll find out on march (im takin the mcats then).
