Kaplan Gmat 2010 Premier Live Online (2009, Package)

I had bought the book August 8th. I received the book on August 24th. In my opinion, I think that is way too long to receive a book. When I had called to check on the status, they were unable to tell me where the book was, just that I might receive it the following week; if I did not get it, they said to call back. Their customer service over the phone was very poor and unsympathetic. After completing the call, I felt very dumb for even trying to talk to them due to their unwillingness to work with me.

I wouldn't suggest dealing with this person as a dealer in the future.
